The CNI Jobs and Skills Fair-2022 is all set to be organized in Kathmandu from November 3 to 20, with the participation of 200 companies of national and international level.
The aim of organizing the fair is to reduce the gap between the availability of skills in the market, the employers and the unemployed with skill and to make direct contact with the companies, informed the Confederation of Nepalese Industries.
Organising a press conference in Kathmandu on Tuesday, CNI said that the fair will help in reducing the situation where employers are not able to find skilled manpower, but young people who have learned skills are unemployed.
